Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the RomanT Apps family of Android apps — including Art of Negotiation, Charisma & Leadership Guide, Testosterone & Vitality, Manipulation & Control, The Technique of Lying, and Save Money Challenge — handles information. These are free, offline reading apps built by independent developer Roman Tsisyk. We designed them to collect as little as possible, and this policy is written to say plainly what does and doesn't happen with your data.
What we collect
We — the app developer — do not collect any personal information. All book and chapter content, along with the knowledge-check quizzes, is bundled with the app and read entirely on-device; nothing is sent to us as you read. Your reading progress, bookmarks, quiz results, and preferences (such as theme and font size) are stored locally only, in the app's on-device storage (Android DataStore). We never see this data, and it is never transmitted to any server we operate.
Advertising
To keep every app free, some screens may show ads served through Google AdMob. AdMob and its advertising partners may use device and advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) to serve and measure ads, and this processing is governed by Google's own policies, not by us directly. You can learn more and manage your options here:
- Google — How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services (Ads)

Analytics
We do not integrate any third-party analytics SDKs of our own. The only usage data that may exist is Google Play's standard aggregate install/rating/crash statistics, which Google provides to all developers and which is not personally identifiable to us.
Google Play services & in-app review
The apps use the Google Play in-app Review API to let you rate the app without leaving it. This interaction is handled by Google Play services under Google's own privacy terms; we do not receive your review content or identity through it.
Children
RomanT Apps are general-audience self-development reading apps and are not directed at, marketed to, or designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Permissions
The apps do not request sensitive device permissions (no camera, microphone, contacts, location, or storage access beyond what Android grants automatically). Internet access is used only to request ads and to support the Google Play in-app review flow — never to upload your reading data.
Data retention & your choices
Because everything is stored locally, uninstalling an app permanently deletes its progress, bookmarks, and preferences from your device. You can reset or limit your Android advertising identifier at any time from your device's Settings app (Google → Ads, or Privacy → Ads, depending on your Android version).
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our apps or in applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of an app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
